Situated in the Chianti wine district of the Tuscan countryside, Villa S.the venue offers accommodation in the small ancient village of Fabbrica, 10 km from San Casciano Val Di Pesa. This farm stay produces its own Chanti Classico wine and olive oil. The on-site restaurant serves typical Tuscan dishes. Free parking is available on site. Guests can relax with the Ayurvedic Massage or take a tour around the property's surroundings by requesting an electric bike and Vespa rental. The restaurant is organized in two welcoming rooms, one of which is more intimate and private, both furnished with taste and elegance respecting the Tuscan stylistic elements and the Chianti area.

Villa S.the venue has two ancient cellars, probably built around 1000 AD, with stones obtained from the surrounding countryside.
