the venue is a unique building designed specifically to host remote workers and team retreats. It’s located in Agaete Village, probably one of the most authentic fishing villages in Gran Canaria, and at the same time the starting point of some of the most mind-blowing hiking routes in the Island. Enjoy the shared amenities such as a communal kitchen, a living room-style meeting space, a relaxing courtyard, and laundry facilities. Not to mention the incredible rooftop, where you can unwind while watching a breathtaking sunset, join the community for a barbecue, or even bring your laptop and work for a while if you feel like it. Additionally, there is a coworking space just two streets away that you can also access.

Our COLIVING is situated just a short walk from the beach and the village center, where you can find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars serving delicious seafood and local delicacies. Meeting & workspace
Flexible open plan workspace with capacity of up to 55 people (auditorium style), other set up allow for 20-40 people to work on desk, meeting room, covered terrace, etc. In addition client can work from the shared open plan spaces at the Coliving (shaded rooftop areas with tables and chairs, indoor open plan dining area, living room...). In addition, each of the 31 bedrooms has a desk and a chair. This building comes with an additional very spacious coworking, with meeting room, podcast room and a large open plan space to accommodate any type of working setup (presentations, classroom style, brainstorming sessions, team work, etc). Spacious and airy with an enviable ocean front location and an additional large covered outdoor terrace
Activities
One of the most popular attractions in Puerto de Las Nieves is the natural swimming pools, carved out of the volcanic rock, where you can take a refreshing swim while enjoying the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. The village is also an excellent starting point for hikes and walks along the coastline, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Our COLIVING is a comfortable and with all the amenities you need for a relaxing and enjoyable and productive stay. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a spacious rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the ocean and the mountains.
