Offsite
2–5 days. Structured agenda. Mix of focused work (strategy, planning, decisions) and connection (team dinner, one activity). Best for: annual planning, product sprints, culture moments. Typical cost: €185–€240/person/night.
Retreat
3–6 days. Leadership-heavy. Deeper focus, more facilitation, slower pace. Often no laptops in sessions. Best for: leadership alignment, cultural reset, values work. Typical cost: €200–€250/person/night.
Workation
5–14 days. Light touch. Everyone works their normal hours but from a beautiful place. More loose, social in the evenings. Best for: engineering teams, async-first orgs, relationship-building. Typical cost: €130–€185/person/night.
Team building
1–3 days. Activity-led. Ropes courses, cooking classes, sailing. Best as a component of an offsite rather than a standalone format.
